Vegetable Broth

Missing Ingredients
  • Try and use roughly the same amount of each ingredient.
  • Chop all the veggies.
  • Set them in a large pot over medium-high heat to sweat for 5 minutes.
  • Add enough water comfortably cover the food.
  • Leave at a simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
  • Grab a strainer and set a coffee filter over it. Set a large bowl under it and pour all of broth slowly.
  • Store in fridge or freezer.
