Vegetable BrothMissing Ingredients
- Try and use roughly the same amount of each ingredient.
- Chop all the veggies.
- Set them in a large pot over medium-high heat to sweat for 5 minutes.
- Add enough water comfortably cover the food.
- Leave at a simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
- Grab a strainer and set a coffee filter over it. Set a large bowl under it and pour all of broth slowly.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
