Sweet Potato ChipsMissing Ingredients
- Slice the potato into as thin of slices as you can manage. That way they come out crispy.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Toss in enough oil so they're mostly covered.
- Salt them to taste.
- Line potato chips in a single layer on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip them over and bake for another 10.
- Watch over the last 5 minutes and pull out chips that brown quicker.
