Sweet Potato Chips

Missing Ingredients
  • Slice the potato into as thin of slices as you can manage. That way they come out crispy.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Toss in enough oil so they're mostly covered.
  • Salt them to taste.
  • Line potato chips in a single layer on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Flip them over and bake for another 10.
  • Watch over the last 5 minutes and pull out chips that brown quicker.
