Strawberry & Oats Bars

- INGREDIENTS
- Mince strawberries until you have 2 cups. You could also use a food processor.
- Set strawberries in a pan over medium-low heat with 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup and 3 TBSP of chia or flax seeds.
- Stir well and heat until thickened. Remove and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 320°F.
- Set 1 cup of nut butter with 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Mix well and set aside.
- Mix 1/4 cup of chia or flax seeds with 3/4 cup warm water. Set aside.
- Set 1 apple in a food processor and blend until well minced.
- In a large bowl stir the chia/water, apple, 1 TSP cinnamon, 2 cups of rolled oats and peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
- Now pour in strawberry jam. Mix well.
- Bake for 30 minuts.
