Strawberry & Oats Bars

Missing Ingredients
  • Mince strawberries until you have 2 cups. You could also use a food processor.
  • Set strawberries in a pan over medium-low heat with 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup and 3 TBSP of chia or flax seeds.
  • Stir well and heat until thickened. Remove and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 320°F.
  • Set 1 cup of nut butter with 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Mix well and set aside.
  • Mix 1/4 cup of chia or flax seeds with 3/4 cup warm water. Set aside.
  • Set 1 apple in a food processor and blend until well minced.
  • In a large bowl stir the chia/water, apple, 1 TSP cinnamon, 2 cups of rolled oats and peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
  • Now pour in strawberry jam. Mix well.
  • Bake for 30 minuts.
