Spiced Roasted Chickpeas

- Drain and rinse two 15oz cans of chickpeas. Pat dry.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas on top. Roast at 400°F for 40 minutes.
- Shake the baking sheet every 10-15 minutes. This is to make sure all sides are nice and crunchy.
- While baking, mix 2 TBSP oil, 1 TSP salt, 1/2 TSP ground cumin, 1/2 TSP ground paprika, 1/4 TSP ground cayenne and 1/4 TSP garlic powder in a bowl.
- When peas are done baking, toss in the mix. Bake for 12 more minutes and they're good to go!
