- Drain and rinse one 15oz can of chickpeas.
- Dice 1/2 TSP of garlic.
- Blend chickpeas and garlic in a blender or food processor along with 3 TBSP of lemon juice, 1 TBSP olive oil, 1 TBSP water, 1 TSP turmeric, 1/2 TSP of cumin, 1/4 TSP pepper and 1/4 TSP of salt.
- Blend until there are no chunks left.
