Simple Garlic Mushrooms

Missing Ingredients
  • If needed, slice up your mushrooms, about 8-12oz. Set aside.
  • Heat up some oil in a pan over medium-heat. Just enough to grease it, no more.
  • While heating, chop up 1 TBSP of garlic.
  • Cook garlic until it browns.
  • While garlic cooks, rinse mushrooms.
  • Add mushrooms to pan, stir with garlic and cook for about 10 minutes, until they release a lot of water.
