Simple Garlic MushroomsMissing Ingredients
- If needed, slice up your mushrooms, about 8-12oz. Set aside.
- Heat up some oil in a pan over medium-heat. Just enough to grease it, no more.
- While heating, chop up 1 TBSP of garlic.
- Cook garlic until it browns.
- While garlic cooks, rinse mushrooms.
- Add mushrooms to pan, stir with garlic and cook for about 10 minutes, until they release a lot of water.
