- Blend 1 TBSP chia or flax seeds, 3 TBSP nut butter, 2 TBSP yogurt, 3 TBSP rolled oats and 5 TBSP milk and optionally, 2 TBSP of protein powder.
- If needed, add more milk until it's as soft as you like.
