Roasted Mushrooms and Onions

Missing Ingredients
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking tray in parchment paper.
  • Slice 8oz of mushrooms.
  • Toss in 3 TBSP of oil.
  • Roast mushrooms in oven for 15 minutes.
  • While that's going, dice 1 TSP of garlic. Set aside.
  • Set 2 TBSP oil in large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Slice 1/2 onion and cook until browned.
  • Add garlic to onion. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Once mushrooms are ready, combine with onion mix.
