Red Pesto

Missing Ingredients
  • Mince 1 TBSP of garlic.
  • Blend 1 cup of basil, 1-1/2 cups of Sun-Dried tomatoes, 3 TBSP of pine nuts, 4 TBSP nutritional yeast, 4 TBSP of oil (use the oil from the Sun-Dried tomato oil if you have it), 8 TBSP water, 2 TBSP lemon juice, garlic and salt to taste until smooth.
