Missing Ingredients
  • Chop up 3 bananas. They don't have to be even or thin. It's just so it blends quicker.
  • Blend bananas with 1 TBSP protein powder, 1 TBSP peanut butter, 1 cup water and 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
