Nut Butter Banana Smoothie

Missing Ingredients
  • Puree 2 bananas, 1-1/2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of creamy nut butter in blender.
  • Pour mixture in a bowl and mix in 3 TBSP of chia seeds.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to thicken it up.
