No Cheese Pesto

Missing Ingredients
  • In a blender, mix 2 cups chopped basil, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 TBSP garlic, 3 TBSP pine nuts, 4 TBSP nutritional yeast, salt to taste, 3 TBSP oil, 5 TBSP water, 2 TBSP lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • You can try it with pasta, sandwich or in a salad.
