Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Missing Ingredients
  • Set oven to preheat to 400°F.
  • You could also use broccoli instead of cauliflower.
  • Mince 1 TBSP of garlic. Mix with 3 TBSP of oil.
  • Chop up 1 cauliflower head or 1-1/2 cups.
  • Coat cauliflower with oil-garlic mix well.
  • Bake until they start to brown. Start checking at the 20 minute mark.
