
Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

- Set oven to preheat to 400°F.
- You could also use broccoli instead of cauliflower.
- Mince 1 TBSP of garlic. Mix with 3 TBSP of oil.
- Chop up 1 cauliflower head or 1-1/2 cups.
- Coat cauliflower with oil-garlic mix well.
- Bake until they start to brown. Start checking at the 20 minute mark.
