Easy Delicious No Meat Chili

- Drain and rinse one 15oz can of black beans, one 15oz can of red beans and one 15oz can of corn. Set aside.
- Slice 1 onion.
- Set 1 TBSP of oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- While oil heats up, chop 1 TBSP of garlic.
- Throw garlic and onion in pot and cook until onion is translucent. Stirring occasionally.
- While that cooks, chop one bell pepper and if you have some, 2 hot peppers of any kind.
- Once onions are ready, bring heat to medium-high and add in peppers. Cook for 3 minutes.
- While that goes, set aside 2 TBSP of chili powder and 2 TSP of cumin.
- Mix in black beans, red beans, corn, one 15oz can of diced tomatoes (or fresh), 1 cup of hot water, chili and cumin.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and leave it there for 15 minutes.
