Easy Beans on Toast

Missing Ingredients
  • Set a 1 TSP of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Chop a 1/2 of a red onion. Add to pan.
  • While that cooks, mince 2 TSP of garlic. Add to pan.
  • Drain and rinse one 15oz can of red beans.
  • Mix in beans and mash until a paste forms. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Toast some bread and top with beans mixture, salt and optionally a bit of olive or avocado oil. Enjoy!
