Biscuits

Missing Ingredients
  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Melt 1/2 cup of butter in the microwave. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 TBSP baking powder and 1/4 TSP of salt.
  • Mix in butter well.
  • Mix in 3/4 cup of milk well. Add in more as needed until dough barely sticks to bowl.
  • Throw 1/4 cup of flour on a large, clean, flat surface.
  • Roll dough on floured surface until it doesn't stick at all. Add more flour if needed a little bit at a time.
  • Use a rolling pin and flatten dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Using a cookie cutter, mason jar lid, whatever, cut out pieces. Roll dough back together and flatten again as needed.
  • Lay pieces out on a baking sheet and bake until browned just a bit. Start checking around the 10 minute mark.
