Kale Chips

Missing Ingredients
  • Preheat oven to 450° F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut and throw away the thick stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  • Rinse kale and shake to dry. Good time to use a salad spinner if you have one.
  • Place leaves on baking sheet and drizzle with oil and a bit of salt (careful, it's easy to oversalt these).
  • Bake until they're brown around the edges, around 10-15 minutes but keep an eye on them.
